North Merritt Island Dependent Special District

As established by Ordinance 98-64, the North Merritt Island Dependent Special District Board is an elected seven member advisory board of the Dependent Special District. This advisory Board acts in lieu of the Planning and Zoning Board for those requests within the Dependent Special District Area of North Merritt Island.

The North Merritt Island Dependent Special District is defined by that area lying North of the Barge Canal and South of the NASA Causeway East.
