Brevard County Public Works Facilities Office
The Facilities Office provides functional, safe and attractive facilities through the Facilities Maintenance and Construction Departments that support Brevard County Agencies in their efforts to provide quality services to the public.
The Facilities Division of Public Works is broken out into two departments.
Maintenance handles the up keep and management of the Brevard County Property. Construction provides project management and design services for any Brevard County facility construction projects.
Facilities Construction provides cost effective design services and project management for all of Brevard County’s construction needs. The Construction team also works with other departments who have construction, project management and design needs. Some examples of these projects are:
- North Brevard Sheriff’s Precinct
- North Brevard Senior Center Trail and Drainage Improvements
- Tourist Development Council Visitor Information Center at I-95

Our mission is to ensure that Brevard County Facilities are safe for the public, as well as maintaining the buildings in a high standard to maximize their expected design life span.
All service, maintenance, and repair bids come due at different times of the year. It is recommended that any and all prospective bidders register as a vendor with the Brevard County Purchasing Services Vendor Application to ensure they will be notified when specific projects are available to bid on.
