ARPA Recovery Plan

The American Recovery Plan Act (ARPA) was passed by Congress on March 10, 2021 and signed into law on March 11, 2021. It augments programs started by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) in 2020 and the Consolidated Appropriations Act in 2021 and created new programs to address the continuing pandemic-related crises, and fund recovery efforts.
