Public Purpose:
For the purpose of repaying such bonds and for the operation and maintenance of such recreational facilities.
Description of Boundaries: Begin at the intersection of the westerly mean high water line of the Indian River and the easterly Projection of the Southerly Right-Of-Way Line of Kings Highway; thence westerly along said southerly right-of-way line of Kings Highway (Ranch Road) to the westerly boundary line of Brevard County (East Line of Orange County); thence northerly along said westerly boundary line of Brevard County to the Northerly boundary line of Brevard County (south line of Volusia County); thence easterly along said northerly boundary line of Brevard County to the westerly mean high water line of the Indian River; thence meander southerly along said westerly mean high water line of the Indian River to the point of beginning.
