Planning and Zoning Board / Local Planning Agency
The Planning & Zoning Board / Local Planning Agency (P&Z/LPA) is a volunteer, unpaid member board appointed by the Board of County Commissioners (BCC). The P&Z/LPA Board serves as the recommending body for the Board of County Commissioners in matters concerning comprehensive planning, zoning, and land development matters. The P&Z Board meets once per month, visit the Brevard County Home Page for a list of meetings and available agendas.
