Brevard County Board of Adjustment

The Brevard County Board of Adjustment (BOA) is a quasi-judicial body consisting of five (5) regular members and alternate members, all of which are appointed by the Brevard County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). It is empowered to hear and decide variances to Zoning Code and the Sign Code found in Chapter 62, Articles 6 and 9. The Board of Adjustment meets once a month, usually on the third Wednesday of the month.
