State Certified Contractor Registration Instruction
To include Mobile Home Installers, Fire System, and Liquified Petroleum Gas Contractors

To register or update your licensing record with Brevard County, please provide the following documents to Building.Licensing@BrevardFL.gov

• Contractor's License (actual certificate, not a summary from the state website)
• Business Tax Receipt
• General Liability Insurance
• Workers Compensation Insurance
• Workers Compensation Exemption, if applicable
• Business phone number and  email address
• License holder direct cell phone number and email address
• Email address used for your online permitting account (see link below)

Please note, the business name appearing on your business credentials must match as it appears on your qualifying license.
