Long Point Park Campground Rates and Reservation Information

Reservation Information
Reservations can be made in person, online, email, or by telephone. Brevard County residents can make reservations up to 395 days (13 months) in advance of the stay. Non-residents can make reservations up to 180 days (6 months) in advance of the stay.
Length of Stay: Length of stay is based on availability and is not guaranteed. The maximum length of stay for all campers, regardless of camping unit is 14 days per reservation. See Campground Rules and Regulations for additional information.
Reservation Changes: Reservations can be moved (day for day) one (1) time per reservation at no charge. After that, customers will be required to either keep the reservation currently on the books, or cancel the reservation with fees assessed.
Brevard County Residency Fees: Brevard County residency will be established by using a Florida driver’s license or State of Florida ID card either when the reservation is made in person, or when the patron checks in if the reservation was made by phone or online. If a customer makes an online reservation as a Brevard County resident, residency will be validated at check-in. See Campground Rules and Regulations for additional information.
Seasonal Rates: The seasonal rate applies from November 1 through April 30. Seasonal rates apply only to Non-Brevard County residents.
Premium Site Fees: Applies to sites water access (Long Point Park), water view (Manatee Hammock), or any site at all 3 campgrounds that include sewer access. See Campground Rules and Regulations for additional information.
Late Check-out: Customers who check out after 11 am will be assessed a fee for an additional night at the current daily rate for the site they occupied.
Payment: Reservations of 45 days or more will pay 50% of the total cost of the reservation at the time the reservation is made. The remaining balance will be due before 11 am of the last paid day. Any reservation less than 45 days will be paid in full at the time of the reservation. Any reservation that results in a no call/no-show by the customer for any portion of, and up to the entire reservation period, will not receive a refund. Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the reservation date are subject to a $20.00 processing fee. If a cancellation request is received less than 7 days prior to the scheduled reservation date or if an early departure notification is not received 7 days prior to departure, the following refund fees apply:
- $25.00 fee on a reservation up to 10 days + $20.00 processing fee
- $50.00 fee on a reservation of 11 to 21 days + $20.00 processing fee
- $75.00 fee on a reservation of 22 to 29 days + $20.00 processing fee
- $100.00 fee on a reservation of 30 or more days + $20.00 processing fee

Tent Campers
Tent Campers may stay up to fourteen consecutive days without leaving for 24 hours, and may have up to three two-week stays equaling 42 days in a six month period at any Brevard County operated campground. Each two-week stay requires a 24 hour departure.
Organized Youth Group Tent Camping
Organized youth group tent camping year-round, including holidays.
Group areas are for tent camping for non-profit groups as defined by Parks and Recreation Department Rules & Use Policy, Sec. A.2.c Proof of nonprofit status is required.
Additional sanitary facilities that may be required for group functions are at the group's expense (dumpster, trash receptacles, port-o-lets).

Cancellation Policy
