Hurricane Milton Debris Collection

BREVARD COUNTY, FL. -- Brevard County has initiated storm debris removal operations in unincorporated Brevard County and participating municipalities.

For residents, this will be a single-pass debris cleanup operation that concentrates on vegetative material. Please do not bag your material, place it near trees or mail boxes, over water meters, or under overhead wires.  If your vegetative material can fit into containers that you normally use to have yard waste collected weekly, we urge you to containerize your vegetative waste to ensure a pickup with less wait time.

We ask that Brevard County residents have patience, as the majority of resources are engaged in operations in areas that have suffered more damage than Brevard. For residents who live in a municipality, please contact your local government for information on debris pickup.

Participating Municipalities:

  • City of Indian Harbour Beach
  • City of Melbourne
  • Town of Indialantic
  • Town of Grant-Valkaria
  • Town of Malabar
Residents living in other municipalities should contact their local government for information regarding debris pickup.
