To mark this occasion, the public is invited to join us for a tour at one of our open houses at the new Emergency Operations Center, located at 1751 Huntington Lane in Rockledge. Open House details:
Saturday, June 1 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Sunday, June 2 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Attendees will gain valuable insights into Emergency Management procedures and have the opportunity to visit tables hosted by our community partners like the National Weather Service, Salvation Army and county departments.

The new Emergency Operations Center, located adjacent to the original building that was opened in 1964 and expanded in 1999, stands as a testament to the progress and preparedness of Brevard County. The 54,000 square-foot facility is:
Located on land owned by Brevard Public Schools and is leased to the County under a 99-year lease at an annual cost of $1.
