Monthly meeting of the Contractors' Licensing Board/ Construction Board of Adjustment and Appeals.  The Board serves as the local construction regulation board as defined in local Section 22-502-Contractors' Licensing Board Powers and Duties.

The meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at the Viera Government Center, 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Viera, FL. Building C, 1st Floor, Commission Room.
