Hurricane Nicole Recovery Information
Hurricane Nicole was a Category 1 hurricane (on the Saffir-Simpson Hurricane Wind Scale) that made landfall first in North Hutchinson Island just south of Vero Beach on the east coast of Florida, continuing over the Florida peninsula where it weakened to a tropical storm. Brevard County Emergency Management is still deeply involved in Hurricane Ian recovery efforts. Additional information will be provided as it becomes available.

Crisis Clean Up Assistance
A crisis home cleanup hotline will is open to help survivors of Hurricane Nicole.
We anticipate that most volunteer groups will work through Friday, November 25, 2022.
