Re-Opening of Parrish Park Trailhead

TITUSVILLE, FL. – The eastern-most portion of Titusville’s Parrish Park, known as the Parrish Park Trailhead, is now re-open to the public. The trailhead is part of the larger East Central Regional Rail Trail which is Brevard County’s portion of the Florida Coast-to-Coast Trail. Renovations to the trailhead include:

  • Trailhead parking with an ADA access ramp and stairs to the beach. This provides access to the shoreline for non-motorized vessels including kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, kite surfing and rafts.
  • Improved storm water with an underground arch system.
  • Additional parking and sidewalks for beach and trail access, lined with LED lighting.
  • Protective railing and a bollard wall.
  • Landscaping with up lighted palm trees.
A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held for the grand opening of the Parrish Park Trailhead on Wednesday, September 24 at 10:00 AM. All are invited to attend.

The Parrish Park and Trailhead is located at 1 A. Max Brewer Memorial Parkway, Titusville, FL 32796. For more information on the park or trailhead, please visit the Parrish Park – Titusville webpage.
