Brevard County Seeks Crossing Guards

BREVARD COUNTY, FL. -- As we look forward to a new Brevard Public Schools school year, Brevard County's Public Safety group is hosting two crossing guard hiring events to ensure the safety of some of our most vulnerable residents.

If you're interested in a two hour daily time commitment that gives back to your community in a rewarding way, come out to one of our Crossing Guard Hiring events:

• July 15-Port St. John Library from 10 am to 1 pm
• July 16-Suntree Library from 10 am to 1 pm
  

Position details:

• Part-time permanent role
• Five days a week, 2 hours per day
  
• Pension
• Paid holidays
• Annual and sick leave
• Summers and weekends off
