BREVARD COUNTY, FL – Join us to learn how to preserve your own food! Our upcoming classes will focus on the canning and preserving process. You will be able to take your creations home, so please bring a box with you, as the jars will still be hot. All other materials are provided in class. These classes are held at the UF/IFAS Extension office in Cocoa, located at 3695 Lake Dr. Cocoa, FL 32926. Space is limited to 8 people, and advance registration is required.  

The Pickling Process
