2025 Underwater Eggsplosion

ROCKELEDGE, FL. -- Brevard County Parks & Recreation, Central Area Operations will be hosting two Underwater Eggsplosions this year:

• Joe Lee Smith Aquatic Center, located at 415 Stone Street in Cocoa will take place on Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
• McLarty Aquatic Center, located at 790 Barton Boulevard in Rockledge will take place on Saturday, April 19, 2025, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

You are invited to dive in for some EGG-sational fun! Forget the lawn; we're hunting for eggs underwater!

Prizes awarded for the Easter Bunny's lost eggs! Some eggs will float for the little tykes and there will be sinkers for those needing a challenge. Collected eggs will be turned in for a goodie bag. Pictures will be available with the Easter Bunny or the Easter Chicken. Children will be grouped together by age and have their own special time to hunt for eggs. Please bring a waterproof basket or egg holder to store your eggs, and a towel.

Bring everyone for this great family event. Pre-registration is required, no on-site registration, space is limited. Ages 4-16 years old are invited to participant in rescue and decorating contest. Cost is $6.00 for participants and $2.00 for all other swimmers.
