MERITT ISLAND, FL — Representative Tyler I. Sirois (R– Merritt Island) announced the Brevard County Legislative Delegation Meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 29, 2025.
The meeting will provide local governments, community organizations, and the citizens of Brevard County with the opportunity to publicly share issues of importance in anticipation of the 2025 Legislative Session.
The meeting will take place at the Cocoa City Hall, Council Meeting Chambers in Cocoa and consist of two segments. The first segment will begin at 3:30 p.m. with remarks from registered speakers representing local governments, boards, and special districts. The second segment will begin at 5:30 p.m. and includes local bill proposals and remarks by registered speakers appearing as members of the public or representing civic organizations. The 2025 Legislative Session begins on Tuesday, March 4, 2025.
Those interested in speaking to the delegation must complete and submit an Appearance Request Form. All completed Appearance Request Forms are due no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 22, 2025. Please send completed form via one of the options below:
