BREVARD COUNTY, FL. – Several temporary street closings are planned for the upcoming Cocoa/Rockledge Holiday Parade, which will be held on Saturday, December 14.
The City of Rockledge will close Florida Avenue from U.S. 1 to Rosa L. Jones Drive and Brevard Avenue from approximately 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, December 14, to accommodate the line-up of vehicles and parade participants.
The City of Cocoa will have the following streets closed for the parade route; Brevard Avenue south of Maryland Avenue, Maryland Avenue, Delannoy Avenue north of Maryland Avenue, and Harrison Street from 9:30 a.m. to approximately 12:30 p.m. for the parade.
Traffic will be directed around the parade route and motorists wishing to drive through the area are cautioned to allow extra time.
