Brevard County Fire Rescue Announces Online EMS Bill Payment Option

BREVARD COUNTY, FL. – Brevard County Fire Rescue (BCFR) has partnered with a third-party billing company, Change Healthcare, to manage its EMS billing services. Customers seeking assistance with their bills are encouraged to contact Change Healthcare directly using the number listed on their billing statement or by calling (866) 277-6146.

Paying your bill has gotten easier with a secure and convenient online option at PerYourHealth.com. Upon entering your account number, you will be redirected to One Healthcare ID for authentication. You can also visit the County website, www.brevardfl.gov, and at the top of the page click on the Pay Your EMS Bill icon.

If wish to pay your bill via phone, you can contact Change Healthcare utilizing at the number listed on your bill or by calling (866) 277-6146.
For EMS billing concerns that require direct communication with BCFR, customers can reach out via email at EMSBilling@BrevardFL.gov or by phone at (321) 633-2056, selecting Option 1.

Please note:
• BCFR staff cannot accept payments over the phone or through the County's website. Phone payments have to be processed using the Change Healthcare phone number (866) 277-6146.
• BCFR administrative offices do not have access to individual billing accounts but are available to assist with issues unresolved by either Change Healthcare or insurance providers.
