Road Closure for Merritt Island Holiday Parade
MERRITT ISLAND, FL. – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office will close Courtenay Parkway (SR3) from Grove Boulevard to Hwy 520 and Merritt Avenue east to Plumosa Avenue at 9:15 a.m. on Saturday, December 7, until approximately 12:30 p.m. for the Merritt Island Holiday Parade.
Traffic will be re-routed to Tropical Trail, SR 520 and SR 528. Motorists wishing to drive through the area are cautioned to allow extra time.
