BREVARD COUNTY, FL. – Have a child between 8-18 years of age who would enjoy learning how cheese is made? Then consider joining us for our Science of Cheese Making class to learn how to make their own! This class will focus on the basics of cheese making and provide a hands-on opportunity to make pizza string cheese.
This workshop will be held at the UF/IFAS Extension Office in Cocoa (3695 Lake Dr., Cocoa, FL 32926) on November 25 from 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM and 3 PM – 5:30 PM. The cost of this class is $15, and space is limited to 10 kids per time slot. Advance registration is required. Parents must stay for the full duration of the class.
