Learn the Basics of Canning at the UF/IFAS Extension Office
BREVARD COUNTY, FL. – Join us at the UF/IFAS Extension Office in Cocoa to learn all about the basics of canning! We offer three different canning classes to teach you how to preserve your own food safely, while also creating the best quality product. These are hands-on classes that occur throughout the year.
You will be able to take your food home, so please bring a box with you as the jars will still be hot. All other materials are provided in class. The cost of each class is $35 per person, and space is limited to 8 people. To register and learn more, please visit the links in the schedule below.
