Zumba Gold with Lila at the Cape Canaveral Library

Zumba Gold with Lila at the Cape Canaveral Library on Fridays from 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM is an hour-long class perfect for anyone looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves of Zumba® at a lower-intensity. Active older adults and anyone reentering the fitness world are welcome to participate. Please wear exercise clothes, athletic shoes, bring water and a towel. Cost is $5 per class.
