Body Talk Yoga at the Cape Canaveral Library
Reconnect to your body with your breath and work your flexibility with gentle Yoga poses on Wednesdays at the Cape Canaveral Library from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM. Bring peace in your mind and spread joy around you. All levels - Beginners are welcome - Accessible to all. Please bring a yoga mat. $5/class. Led by Maela, Well-being Facilitator Certified Yoga and Meditation instructor Holistic Vocal Coach and Healing Sounds.
