Beginner Line Dancing Class at Cocoa Beach Library

Beginner Line Dancing classes will be held every Thursday from 1:00 to 2:00 PM in the Community Room at Cocoa Beach Public Library, 550 North Brevard Ave, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931.

Line dancing is a wonderful exercise for all ages. It improves balance and has been proven to reduce signs of aging in the brain. It is easy on the joints, but you can still burn approximately 300 calories in just one-half hour!

Basics will be covered and a new dance will be taught each week.

Cost is $5 per class.
