Brevard County Planning and Development Local Planning Agency
The Local Planning Agency (LPA) is a volunteer, unpaid member board appointed by the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). The LPA serves as the recommending body for the Board of County Commissioners in matters concerning comprehensive planning, zoning and land development matters. The LPA meets once per month, usually on the third Monday of the month except in June and December.
